Description: This dataset provides 1:24,000-scale data depicting boundaries of land parcels making up the public lands managed by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (GDNR 2019). It includes polygon representations of State Parks, State Conservation Parks and Areas, State Historic Sites, Wildlife Management Areas, Public Fishing Areas, Fish Hatcheries, Natural Areas and other specially-designated areas. The data were collected and located by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources. Boundaries were digitized from survey plats or other information. Although these data have been processed successfully on a computer system at the Georgia GIS Data Clearinghouse, no warranty expressed or implied is made by Georgia GIS Data Clearinghouse regarding the utility of the data on any other system, nor shall the act of distribution constitute any such warranty.
